PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:

Ordering – Simply browse the website and select the items that you would like to order. All the items you select will be placed in your shopping basket, which will calculate your total order and postage costs. Please complete all your details including your name, address, email address, delivery and payment details on our secure online order form. For personalised or special delivery items please include a telephone contact number in case we need to contact you to confirm your details.

However, if you would prefer to order by post, please click here print out the order form with the details of the items you would like to order and post it along with your payment by cheque, banker’s draft or postal order payable to TwinsThings.

Confirmation – When you have successfully placed your order, you will be sent an email to confirm your order details.

Out of Stock - With a few items we may experience longer delivery times if stock deliveries are delayed. We will contact you to advise if an item is out of stock with an estimate of the delivery date.

Product Details – Whilst we try to make every effort to ensure that all product information given is correct at the time of going to press, some changes may have to be made without prior notice being given.

Payment – Payment is to be made in UK Pounds Sterling. Goods will be despatched once payment has been received. Payment can be made in the following ways:

Online Payment - You can pay securely by credit card using our online payment system.

By Telephone – We accept Credit Card Payment by telephone, call our order line on 01600 715146

By Post – we can accept Credit Cards, cheque or postal order payment by post. Simply print & complete the order form including postal charges, and send with your payment made payable to TwinsThings, PO Box 71, Monmouth, NP25 4ZW. Please make cheques, banker’s drafts & postal orders payable to TwinsThings. If paying by cheque it may take a minimum of 14 days from the time we receive the cheque before the goods will be despatched.

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) of 17.5%. VAT is subject to change. VAT is not charged on orders despatched outside the EC.

Postage & Packing – Your order will be despatched speedily by the Post Office or our courier service. The postage charge will be added to your Order Total before you submit your credit card number.

Our Delivery Rates - Most items will be despatched using our Standard UK delivery method. However, please note that some items are despatched directly from the manufacturers and will be subject to a specific separate delivery charge. These details are provided in the product descriptions and will be in addition to any other delivery charge applied to the total order value of other items.

Standard UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery for orders up to £9.99 is £1.95
Standard UK delivery for orders over £10.00 is £3.95

Express delivery - If you have an urgent requirement please contact us to arrange express delivery and charges.

Special item delivery - Some items are despatched directly from the manufacturers and will be subject to a specific separate delivery charge. These details are provided in the product descriptions and will be in addition to any other delivery charge applied to the total order value of other items. Where this is the case these specific charges are for the specific items to which they refer only (those items will not be included in the order total subject to the above charges), and will be charged in addition to any other postal charges that apply.

Delivery - Most orders are despatched within 48 hours of email confirmation, but please allow 10 working days for delivery to avoid disappointment. Please allow longer for personalised items as these are made to order and may take up to 28 days. Although we try to ensure stock is available, this is not always possible, so when items are out of stock, despatch may be slightly delayed so please allow up to 28 days. We will endeavour to advise you in this case. All items are subject to availability.

Personalised Items – Delivery of certain personalised items may take up to 28 days from confirmation of order. Please email us or call 01600 715146 for confirmation of delivery times if in any doubt. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel personalised orders once orders have been confirmed as these items are made specifically to order.

Returns & Exchanges – We are totally confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your goods then please return them to us within 14 days for a full exchange or refund.

Please contact us by email to arrange refunds/exchanges where you will be given a Return Number (RN), which you must include with your returned parcel. This helps us to process orders more quickly and we cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned without a RN. Please complete the refunds and exchanges form included with your Despatch Note. Then return it with your products within 14 days for a full refund or exchange; we cannot exchange/refund any item after 14 days from purchase date. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We reserve the right to make a re-stock charge of up to 20% for items returned opened or in damaged packaging, you will be advised immediately if this applies. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Complaints – We try hard to make shopping with TwinsThings an enjoyable experience, so if for any reason you have a complaint, we would like to hear from you. Please email us at info@twinsthings.co.uk. All complaints will be treated confidentially and will be dealt with as quickly and as fairly as possible. Most complaints will be acknowledged by return, and all will be acknowledged within five working days. Where a problem takes longer than expected to reach an acceptable solution, we will keep you informed of progress.

Data Protection and Internet Security – TwinsThings does not sell, loan or in anyway make available information supplied via the Internet site, to any other company or individuals. The information may be used by TwinsThings to inform customers of up-coming events and offers.
